Pool heating is available as an optional add-on at checkout. When selected, we target a pool temperature of approximately 85°F, depending on outdoor weather conditions.
Pool heating is most commonly added during cooler months (typically October–April), when overnight temperatures prevent the water from warming naturally.

Important notes:
• Pool heating is not included by default and must be selected at checkout
• Heating requires advance notice — same-day requests may not be accommodated
• 85°F is the target temperature, but actual water temperature is weather dependent (overnight lows, wind, and ambient temps affect performance)
• The pool is heated for swimming comfort, not hot-tub temperatures

If you plan to use the pool regularly during cooler weather, we strongly recommend adding pool heating before arrival.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
